Join Utopia Theatre’s Youth Advisory Board!

Do you love the theatre? Do you have ideas about creative workshops and events for young people? Are you passionate about making theatre more exciting, accessible, and relevant for young audiences?

Then we want YOU to join our Youth Advisory Board!

We’re looking for creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated people (ages 10-24) to become part of our Youth Advisory Board. This is your chance to make your voice heard, help shape the future of theatre, and have a say in the productions, programs, and events we offer.

Why Join?

  • Share your opinions and ideas on important issues affecting young people.
  • Gain experience in decision-making and advocacy.
  • Work with a diverse group of young leaders like you to plan and influence new programmes, events, and activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Help us choose new shows, themes, and programmes that resonate with young audiences.
  • Spread the word about upcoming performances, events, and workshops to your friends, family, and community.
  • Learn about teamwork, communication, and leadership while working with other creative young minds and theatre professionals.
  • Develop skills inGet behind-the-scenes access to theatre productions and meet actors, directors, and other theatre makers. leadership, teamwork, and creativity.

You Will Be:

  • A young person between the ages of 10-24.
  • Passionate about helping others and making change.
  • Ready to work as part of a team, bringing fresh ideas.
  • A lover of theatre, creativity, and community.
  • Willing to attend regular meetings and participate in exciting projects and activities.
  • Ready to share your ideas and opinions to help make theatre more fun and engaging for young audiences.
