Learning Club Workshop Lead Facilitator
About the Learning Club
The Learning Club is run as weekly culturally relevant sessions for 9 to 19 year olds with a focus on African and Caribbean literature but not limited to this. Our programme offers a fantastic opportunity to explore the literary traditions, historical contexts, and cultural narratives of both regions through exciting interactive games and storytelling. The goal is to deepen understanding of how literature reflects and shapes the identities, struggles, and triumphs of African and Caribbean people, with a focus on writers who have contributed to the global literary canon.
About the Role
The Lead Facilitator for the Learning Club is responsible for leading and managing the club's literary program, guiding discussions, fostering engagement, and creating an enriching educational environment where participants explore, analyse, and appreciate the literature of Africa and the Caribbean.
