Africa Day

We’re throwing the doors of our Creative Hub open to celebrate Africa Day on Saturday 25 May. And you’re invited!

Join us between 12 noon-6pm for a joyful day marking the annual celebration of African unity. There will be music, dance, poetry, games and food throughout; and our team of creatives will be there to give a warm Utopia Theatre welcome to all visitors.

Africa Day is an important moment in the calendar to recognise Africa as a continent and showcase its wonderfully rich culture, heritage and diversity. We intend to mark this occasion in the only way we know how - with brilliant cultural activities for people of all ages!
